All function room booked for meetings, seminars, conference, conventions and/or exhibitions
Are subject to the following rental charges:-
With coffee/tea breaks only, 50% of the full rental charges are applicable
With two coffee/tea breaks and one lunch, the rental chargers will be waived – seminar package
Any additional space or function rooms required, other than the meeting room proper, i.e. Secretariat Room, Press Conference room, Workshop rooms, Break-up room, etc. 50% of the full rental charges will be levied
For Seminar Package with a minimum of 30 pax and above and depending on the number of rooms booked – for a minimum duration of 2 nights and 3 days seminar – 50% of the full rental charges for one workshop room will be levied
