Tākina – Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre

Inspired by Wellington’s dramatic landscape and environment, Tākina, the Wellington Convention and Exhibition Centre is thoughtfully designed with the delegate experience in mind. It balances flexibility and functionality with the latest technology, stunning food and beverages that showcase the region, cutting-edge contemporary design, and panoramic views over the city and Wellington Harbour. Completed early 2023, this innovative new facility will provide 10,000 square metres of multi-purpose conference and exhibition space over two floors, which can be tailored to single or multiple events. It features 13 flexible meeting spaces and 2 pre-function exhibition spaces. The main plenary hall can hold up to 1,400 people.
