Major International Airports and Visa Information
Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (www.dmia.ph) Located within the Clark Freeport and about one hour away from Metro Manila and the Subic Bay Freeport. A ride to Manila costs at least 700 pesos by taxi and 2,000 pesos by private car. Shuttle bus services are also available. Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport (www.manila-airport.net) Taxis, jeepneys and buses are available at all three terminals. Use only official, metered or pre-booked taxis. Taxis charge around 150 to 200 pesos to central Manila hotels and the trip takes about 20 minutes to one hour, depending on the traffic. Many of the major hotels run cars which can be booked in advance, or through a hotel representative in Arrivals. The cost is around 750 to 950 pesos. The airport is also connected to the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) by a two-kilometer taxi ride to Baclaran station.

Nationals from 146 countries may enter the country without visas and stay for up to 21 days. Hong Kong and Taiwan passport holders from have special permits.
