Major International Airports and Visa Information
Shanghai Pudong International Airport (www.shanghaiairport.com/en/index.jsp) About 30km from the city center. Transport options include airport shuttle buses to the city (RMB 15 to RMB 30). The Maglev train takes only eight minutes (one-way fare is RMB 40 if you show your plane ticket) but it is not the most convenient as from the city terminus you must walk to the Longyang Road Metro Station A taxi ride from the airport to the city center costs approximately RMB 150 and takes about 50 minutes.

The F Visa is issued to foreigners who are invited to China for a visit, research, lecture, business, scientific and cultural exchanges, short-term advanced studies or internships for a period of less than six months. Facilities include 10 exhibition halls each with a floor space of 11,500m2, 37 meeting rooms, 100,000m2 of outdoor exhibition space.
